Munsch & Co hand built custom rubber bellows are adopted in applications where economics will not allow that of a fully moulded product. Manufactured generally from EPDM, Neoprene and Viton ® Polymers these are produced from a hot vulcanising process which means that any (ANY) size is possible to achieve. Our hand built custom bellows are fully gas tight and commonly provide an effective solution to the problems of handling hot gases and associate condensates in hot air and flue gas systems. Unlike metallic joints, elastomeric joints can easily absorb multidirectional expansion movements and vibrations. The perfect compensator for allowing flange misalignments.
